| RETURN POLICY/
WARRANTIES:
All returned items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in
original cartons. Buyer must return items with prepaid shipping. All items
are subject to a reduction in credit by a 10% restocking fee, shipping fees,
plus any repacking charges to previously opened items. Buyer must get an
authorized merchandise return number before returning. Warranties vary by
product line. please call for details. No warranties are made by
murphybedframe.com or its ownership. All product should be inspected
immediately upon receipt for shipping damage and so noted on all paperwork.

All cancelled orders must occur before shipment or the fees and policies
under "Returns" will be followed. If the cancellation occurs before
